Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Forever Learning AI website (foreverlearning.ai) or any services provided by Forever Learning AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).

Forever Learning AI provides the Cognitive OS - an operating system layer for AI that includes memory management, safety governance, transparency features, and multi-agent coordination.

Our services may include:

  • Access to Cognitive OS-powered applications (“species”)

  • Demo environments
  • Enterprise integrations and deployments

Service availability, features, and capabilities may change over time.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services independently. Users between 13 and 18 may use our services only with parental or guardian consent and supervision.

Our services are not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use our services.

For educational deployments involving minors, specific terms apply as defined in institutional agreements.

Account Responsibilities

  • Do not represent AI-generated content as human-created where disclosure is required
  • Respect rate limits and usage quotas

Intellectual Property

Our Property

The Cognitive OS, including its architecture, systems, documentation, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Forever Learning AI. These Terms do not grant you ownership of any intellectual property.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials
  • Use our trademarks without permission
  • Create derivative works from our systems or documentation
  • Reverse engineer our technology

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create using our services. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the service.

We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not use your content to train AI models for other users without your explicit consent.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our services, you grant us the right to use that feedback without obligation to you.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI systems through our services:

  • May not be accurate, complete, or appropriate for all purposes
  • Should be reviewed before use in consequential decisions
  • May not be protected by copyright in all jurisdictions
  • Is your responsibility once you choose to rely on or use it

We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and use.

Disclaimers

Services Provided “As Is.” Our services are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

No Professional Advice. Our services do not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. AI-generated content should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional consultation.

Availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

Third-Party Services. Our services may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater
